JWT didn't wake up one day knowing how to work on Nissans, and decide to open a shop - I'm sure there was some home garage, shade tree activity there as well. What our dear friend to the north fails to understand is that such shade tree mechanics and amateur garage works are, and have been the source of some of the best innovations in the automotive, and many other industries. The first Apple Computer after all, came from some guys in a garage. I don't mean to get all patriotic, but I like to think that the ability of a ugly, first generation Polish immigrant (Bilski) to come to the USA, learn english from watching TV and eventually and make their way in multiple professions, and standing as a pillar of the Z community is what this country is all about. That's what makes our country what it is. If you don't live it, you may not be able to understand it. Yes, I said it. Vuk, and AMS are un-american. While it may be a term that was once used as an insult, in reality many top innovators started out as a shade tree mechanic and wear the title with honor.
